Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of metal roasting processes.
• Ensure that all roasted metal products meet quality standards.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of production and equipment performance.
• Provide feedback to management regarding production equipment and processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in metalworking or roasting preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in metal roasting or related roles

Technical Skills

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
