Job Description

As a Rubber Liner, you will be responsible for applying and installing rubber lining systems on various surfaces to protect against corrosion and abrasion. Join us in the vibrant Phoenix manufacturing scene and become part of our skilled team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and treat surfaces for optimal adhesion of rubber linings.
• Oversee the application of rubber lining materials according to project specifications.
• Assess the quality of completed tasks and address any deficiencies.
• Support new team members through training and mentorship.
• Adhere to environmental regulations concerning materials used.
• Track project progress and report to the Production Manager.
• Manage waste disposal in accordance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with project managers regarding project timelines and expectations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Certification or training in rubber lining systems is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with Adhesives
• Ability to Use Measurement Tools

Soft Skills

• Attention to Safety Protocols
• Organizational Skills

Certifications

• Safety Training Certification
• OSHA Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
