As a Put-in-Beat Adjuster, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of mechanical watch movements. Your role involves measuring and adjusting components to achieve precise timing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct precise measurements using timing equipment.
• Adjust mechanical components to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to improve processes.
• Perform hands-on watch repairs as needed.
• Utilize skill in manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support to junior technicians when required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in watchmaking or related field

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in watchmaking or a related field.
