Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will perform complex laboratory tests and analyses to assist healthcare providers in diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring accurate and timely results to inform patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex laboratory analysis using state-of-the-art technology.
• Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure their optimal functionality.
• Document and report all findings accurately, meeting documentation standards.
• Assist in the quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Work with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication regarding lab results.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) from a recognized certifying agency.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory setting.
