Job Description

As an Overcoiler, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by operating and maintaining overcoiling machines. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the proper coiling and packaging of finished products, all while adhering to strict safety and quality guidelines. Responsibilities

  • Run overcoiling machines safely and efficiently.
  • Oversee the quality of coiled products during the manufacturing process.
  • Perform maintenance checks and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
  • Fine-tune machine settings to optimize production output.
  • Ensure packaging and labeling meet specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve processes.
  • Sustain a tidy and well-organized workspace.
  • Comply with industry safety standards and practices.
  • Record production data and generate reports.
  • Contribute to team meetings and improvement workshops.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing roles
