Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and support for strategic decision-making.
• Create and maintain comprehensive financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Identify and analyze financial trends and variances, making recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Assist in preparing annual financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Conduct special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data and compliance with reporting standards.
• Participate in financial audits and audits as appropriate.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial performance.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior analysts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or MBA preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting

Certifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
