Job Description

As a Line Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our production line, ensuring efficiency and quality. You will manage a team of workers, assign tasks, and ensure that production goals are met while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Lead a team of production workers, delegating tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring production goals are met consistently.
  • Implement training programs for new employees on production processes.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure product standards.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for production issues and develop solutions.
  • Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure materials are available.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment, promoting collaboration and communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production line.

Requirements

Education
  • Associates degree in Manufacturing Management or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing.
