Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented Textile Cutting Machine Setters and Operators to manage our cutting machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, adjusting and maintaining machinery, ensuring products meet specifications. A keen eye for detail and quality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Run the cutting machine efficiently while ensuring high quality
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding production levels and issues.
• Assist in inventory management for materials used in cutting.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Help implement process improvements to increase productivity.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience operating automated trimming machinery preferred.

Technical Skills

• Operation of Trimming Machinery

Languages

• English: Fluent
