Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Agricultural Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support educational initiatives in agriculture, provide research-based information, and manage resources to drive effective programming.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to assess the impact of educational initiatives.
  • Cultivate relationships with agricultural partners and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on program outcomes and needs assessments.
  • Lead community meetings to discuss agricultural practices and challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Natural Resources, Education, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years in program development and delivery
