Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cleveland. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have experience in developing chemical processes. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance product development and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to inform decisions about chemical formulations and production methods.
• Support product scaling and the transition from laboratory to full-scale production.
• Evaluate new technologies and processes to improve chemical engineering practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and new employees.
• Manage projects to ensure they meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate safety measures.
• Interface with suppliers and clients to ensure chemical product specifications are met.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field
• Master's degree is highly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical engineering or manufacturing
