Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have experience in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using tools like SQL and Tableau. You will be tasked with gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support long-term strategic data initiatives across the organization.
• Design and implement data collection strategies.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure warehouse and analytical tools are effective.
• Develop improvements to existing data analysis processes and systems.
• Provide training and support to team members regarding data analysis tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Master's degree is highly preferred

• 4+ years of hands-on data analysis experience
