• Manage the sign-in process and greet all golfers warmly.
• Monitor the flow of play and assist golfers as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety and course regulations.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the clubhouse and grounds.
• Help with promotional events and special activities.
• Provide basic instructions and guidance to new golfers.
• Work with team members to ensure excellent guest service.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer Service Skilled in providing top-notch service to customers.
• Cash Handling Ability to efficiently manage cash transactions.
• Communication Skills Effective written and verbal communication with customers and team.
• Attention to Detail Meticulous in ensuring course rules are followed.
• Teamwork Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
• English (Fluent)

• Familiarity with golf course maintenance: Knowledge of golf course care and maintenance practices.
• Previous customer service experience: Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
