As an Amusement and Recreation Attendant, your role will focus on managing the pace of play, interacting with golfers, and providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
Responsibilities
Manage the sign-in process and greet all golfers warmly.
Monitor the flow of play and assist golfers as necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety and course regulations.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the clubhouse and grounds.
Help with promotional events and special activities.
Provide basic instructions and guidance to new golfers.
Work with team members to ensure excellent guest service.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
No prior experience required, although familiarity with golf course operations is advantageous.
