We are seeking dedicated Mixing and Blending Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our production team. Your role will involve measuring, mixing, and blending raw ingredients, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Mix materials based on technical specifications and recipes.
• Monitor machine performance and quality of the final product.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on blending equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production improvements.
• Keep accurate records of mixing processes and materials used.
• Assist in training new team members on machinery operations.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a production environment is a plus
