Responsibilities

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of software.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in IT or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk role or customer support
