Responsibilities

• Engage in proactive follow-ups to track client satisfaction and progress.
• Coordinate with external agencies and community resources to assist clients in accessing necessary services.
• Develop and implement educational materials for clients about available resources.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and enhance service delivery.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and optimize reach for client support.
• Create partnerships with local organizations to expand support networks for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or client relations roles
