We’re looking for a motivated Pharmacist in Philadelphia to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for patient care, ensuring accurate medication dispensing and providing patient education on drug therapies. Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory, ensuring proper storage and handling of all products.
  • Train pharmacy technicians and interns in dispensing and patient care procedures.
  • Participate in quality assurance programs.
  • Address patient queries and concerns effectively and compassionately.
  • Compounding medications as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients on wellness practices and medication adherence.
  • Help in developing pharmacy services to meet community health needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree
  • Advanced certification in a specialized practice area is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail or clinical pharmacy
