Job Description
We are seeking a skilled De-Alcoholizer to operate and maintain de-alcoholizing equipment, playing a crucial role in our production process. You will ensure compliance with safety standards and quality specifications, contributing to our mission of delivering top-tier alcohol-free beverages.
Responsibilities
- Manage the setup and operation of de-alcoholizing equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Record relevant data for production and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets effectively.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols.
- Assist in the training of new operators on machinery and safety procedures.
- Evaluate and improve operational processes for efficiency.
- Monitor product quality and report any deviations from standards.
Requirements
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Technical degree in Food Science or Engineering is preferable
Experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the food and beverage production industry.
