Job Description

Looking for a dedicated Hazardous Materials Removal Worker to support our emergency response efforts. The candidate will remove hazardous substances, operate cleanup equipment, and comply with industry safety standards, contributing to the safety of the community.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to urgent restoration requests and assess the damage caused by hazardous materials.
  • Perform water extraction and remediation activities to mitigate further issues.
  • Execute effective strategies for the removal of damaged materials.
  • Conduct mold inspection and mitigation in affected environments.
  • Assist in maintaining and operating equipment for hazardous materials removal.
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning methods and techniques for salvaging materials.
  • Complete detailed reports on activities and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with project teams for efficient restoration processes.
  • Consistently engage in safety trainings and workshops to enhance skills.
  • Follow structured safety guidelines to protect yourself and your colleagues.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in disaster restoration or hazardous materials handling
