Job Description

A Hand Grinder is responsible for operating and maintaining hand grinders to produce high-quality coffee products. The ideal candidate will monitor product specifications, collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency, and ensure the cleanliness of grinding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust grinders according to production requirements.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on grinding equipment.
• Assist in training new staff on grinder operations.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Technical or vocational training in manufacturing or machinery operation

Experience

• Preferred experience in the coffee or food processing industries
