UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team in Portland! In this role, you'll create delightful user experiences and visually appealing designs that align with our product strategies. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into engaging designs.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs into seamless and visually appealing designs.
• Support product management in defining product features based on user feedback and analytics.
• Implement and promote best UX/UI practices across the organization.
• Facilitate design reviews and present concepts and final designs to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials that reflect the design and voice of the product.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio of work

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• InVision
• Wireframing

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Time Management

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in motion design: Experience in creating animations and transitions for user interfaces.
• Experience with design systems: Familiarity in working with or creating design systems and style guides.
