Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Forging Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to ensure efficient production in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating and monitoring forging machines to produce high-quality metal and plastic components. Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings to meet specific production requirements.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure all equipment is operable.
• Promptly address any safety hazards or concerns observed during operations.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in machine operation is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a related field preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
