Job Description

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee our privacy regulations and ensure the organization adheres to all legal compliance measures. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures, while providing guidance on privacy matters.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to develop and refine compliance workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions on emerging privacy trends and legislation.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication regarding compliance issues.
  • Review third-party contracts for compliance implications.
  • Advise on best practices for data usage and protection.
  • Establish metrics for evaluating compliance effectiveness.
  • Create awareness campaigns regarding privacy best practices.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of compliance processes.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and adjust compliance policies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with new regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or IT
  • Privacy certifications (CIPM, CIPT) are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance or privacy roles.
