Job Description

We are on the lookout for skilled Mixing and Blending Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will facilitate the blending of materials for various products while ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple blending machines for varying mixtures and formulations.
• Engage in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate logs of production data, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
• Work with quality assurance to conduct final inspections of blended products.
• Follow all safety guidelines and ensure a culture of safety within the team.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of processes by providing feedback.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in manufacturing technology is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in production environments

Technical Skills

• Mechanical Understanding
• Production Software

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of safety protocols: Understanding of safety protocols related to machine operation.
• Lean Manufacturing experience: Experience with lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
