Job Description

As a Network and Computer Systems Administrator, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the health and efficiency of our Local Area Network (LAN). You will ensure the network is secure and provide seamless connectivity across our organization. Your expertise will be critical in troubleshooting and optimizing our systems to meet the demands of our growing business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the LAN/WAN infrastructure for maximum performance.
• Install and configure new networking equipment to support expansion.
• Monitor security logs and address vulnerabilities proactively.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and changes.
• Support project initiatives by providing technical expertise for network solutions.
• Participate in on-call support rotation for critical issues.
• Assist in training junior team members on network protocols and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Professional certifications (e.g., CCNP, MCSE) are a plus

• Proven experience with Cisco products and solutions
