Job Description

As a Veterinarian with Pet Care Associates, you will play a vital role in the health and well-being of a variety of pets. You will diagnose and treat illnesses, perform surgeries, and provide preventive care to ensure the best quality of life for animals in our community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual animals.
• Work with staff to maintain equipment and surgical instruments.
• Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional service.
• Lead training sessions for junior staff and interns.
• Research and utilize best practices in veterinary care.
• Advocate for animal health and welfare in the community.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights on veterinary practices.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• Postgraduate training is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical practice

• Emergency Care

Certifications

• American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA)
• Florida Veterinary License

Languages
