Job Description

As an Eligibility Interviewer, you will play a vital role in managing intake processes for new clients seeking assistance with government programs. You will be responsible for collecting essential information, ensuring accuracy, and directing clients to the appropriate resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement best practices for client intake and data management.
• Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to improve client services.
• Monitor and report on new client trends and program effectiveness.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on policy changes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary education in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a non-profit setting

Technical Skills

• Data entry experience
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Spanish: Basic
