Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality control procedures.
• Work closely with other production workers to meet daily production targets.
• Identify potential safety hazards and report them to management.
• Assist with inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at reducing waste.
• Perform regular equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Engage in cross-training opportunities to enhance operational flexibility.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in food processing or related field is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous Experience in Starch Production: Experience working in starch production or related roles.
