We are seeking a skilled Millinery Blocker to join Artisan Hat Works. In this role, you will specialize in shaping and blocking hats, ensuring that each piece meets quality standards while adhering to client designs. Utilizing traditional tools and techniques, you'll work with a variety of materials to create stunning headwear.

Responsibilities

• Create and shape hat blocks according to design specifications.
• Utilize traditional blocking techniques to achieve desired shapes.
• Collaborate with the design team to meet quality standards.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of blocking equipment.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to the team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Training in hat-making or a related field preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in hat-making or a related field
