Veneer Drier

Job Description

As a Veneer Drier, you will be crucial in operating and maintaining our drying equipment. Your role is to ensure that veneer sheets reach the desired moisture content, thus maintaining the quality and standards of our products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the drying process is aligned with production standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment or quality issues.
• Keep logs of moisture content and other relevant parameters.
• Assist in training new operators on best practices.
• Effectively communicate with the quality assurance department.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in manufacturing operations is a plus

Experience

• Previous experience working with wood products is a plus.
