Job Description

Adventure Travels Inc. is looking for a knowledgeable and charismatic Tour Guide to promote Albuquerque's unique attractions. This role encompasses guiding tours, providing interesting commentary, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for improving community program engagement.
• Handle day-to-day operations of community outreach activities.
• Coordinate training and development sessions for volunteers.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
• Facilitate community meetings and discussions to foster inclusivity.
• Research community resources for potential collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Public Health, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community outreach or program coordination
