Job Description

As a Clinical Social Work Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting licensed clinical social workers by providing essential services to clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, facilitating group therapy sessions, and assisting with treatment planning. Responsibilities

  • Assist in facilitating individual and group therapy under supervision.
  • Help clients identify and access community resources.
  • Document client interactions and maintain confidentiality.
  • Coordinate appointments and follow-up care with other healthcare providers.
  • Provide support to clients during crises, facilitating emergency care when necessary.
  • Participate in training and professional development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in social work.
  • Contribute to inter-departmental meetings to enhance client care.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Completion of an accredited social work program
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical social work setting.
