Job Description

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and adjust production equipment to ensure quality output.
• Document operational procedures and maintain equipment logs.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize machine performance for various tasks.
• Contribute to safety audits and implement corrective measures as required.
• Maintain a clear understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow.
• Educate and mentor team members on best practices for machine operation.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with focus on tool adjustment and maintenance.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with PLC programming: Basic programming knowledge is a plus for automation tasks.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics: Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is advantageous.
