Job Description

The Wind Energy Operations Manager will lead the planning and implementation of our renewable energy projects, particularly focusing on wind energy. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution and sustainability of projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of wind energy projects.
• Manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Work closely with engineering teams to integrate innovative technologies.
• Lead project teams to drive performance and overcome challenges.
• Represent the company in stakeholder meetings and public consultations.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary for success.
• Develop training programs for team members on wind energy operations.
• Enhance collaboration between departments to optimize project results.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project standards are met.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy project development
