We are seeking a highly motivated Green Building Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design and implement sustainable and energy-efficient building systems, collaborating with architects and contractors to ensure compliance with green building standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform energy modeling and analysis to assess building performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of green building certifications.
• Assist in obtaining green building certification (e.g., LEED).
• Create presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Support project management tasks related to sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in green building projects

Technical Skills

• Project Management
• Sustainable Materials Knowledge

• Analytical Thinking

Certifications

• Certified Energy Manager (CEM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Project management experience: Proven experience managing green building projects from concept to completion.
