Job Description

We are looking for skilled Lathe and Turning Machine Tool Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be tasked with setting up and operating various machines, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Review technical specifications and drawings before machine setup.
• Calibrate lathes and turning machines to ensure precise machining operations.
• Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain logs of production runs, including any issues encountered.
• Support the engineering team with feedback on designs and processes.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and methods.
• Optimize machine settings and processes for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
• Engage in safety audits to ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve production targets.
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Machining Technology or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in CNC machining or turning operations

Languages

• English: Fluent
