Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Technologist or Technician to join our thriving team, focusing on the assembly, testing, and maintenance of semiconductor processing equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that our production process adheres to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the assembly and testing of semiconductor devices, ensuring adherence to specifications.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and provide effective solutions to technical challenges.
  • Utilize quality assurance techniques to verify product integrity during and after production.
  • Partner with engineering teams to redesign processes for better efficiency.
  • Keep accurate records of production data for review and analysis.
  • Follow all safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to prolong its lifespan.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians in best practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance production performance.
  • Monitor industry standards and implement new techniques as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing
