Job Description

We are seeking a Computer User Support Specialist who will provide outstanding technical support and enhance user experiences. You will engage with clients through various communication channels and resolve their technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical support and customer service.
  • Resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new users and provide training on IT systems.
  • Monitor and maintain IT resources to ensure optimal performance.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical skills.
  • Assist in developing IT policies and procedures to improve support processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or related field
