• Suggest improvements to enhance cutting efficiency and safety.
• Train new staff on proper equipment use and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Training or certification in saw operation and maintenance is a plus

Experience

• Experience in operating saws or related machinery is preferred

Technical Skills

• Blueprint interpretation
