DevOps Engineer

Job Description

Looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Chicago team. You will be responsible for implementing and managing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring system stability and efficiency. Ideal candidates will have experience with cloud infrastructure, automation tools, and scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize server environments to ensure high availability.
• Engage in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions with team members to promote continuous learning.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve overall systems performance.
• Draft and maintain documentation for CI/CD processes and infrastructure changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or related.

• Git
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Certifications

• Kubernetes Certified Administrator
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
