Responsibilities
Measure and weigh all ingredients to ensure compliance with recipe specifications.
Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients before use.
Maintain organization of ingredient storage areas.
Work closely with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Document ingredient usage and report discrepancies promptly.
Adhere to safety protocols while working in the production area.
Requirements
Education
Certification in food handling and safety is preferred
Experience
