Job Description

The Paper Cup Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the paper cup manufacturing machine. You'll ensure that the machine produces high-quality paper cups while adhering to safety and quality standards. This position is pivotal in our production process and requires attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on paper cups to verify compliance with specifications.
• Monitor machine settings and make adjustments as necessary.
• Follow production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Assist in the setup and teardown of the machine for production changes.
• Document maintenance activities and production performance metrics.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment operating machinery
