Job Description

We are seeking passionate Farmers, Ranchers, and Other Agricultural Managers to oversee agricultural operations, manage staff, and implement sustainable farming practices. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality production.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of farm management strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage crop planting and harvesting schedules.
  • Utilize technology and innovations to optimize farming workflows.
  • Assess and mitigate risks to livestock and crop health.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote sustainable agricultural practices.

  • Host workshops and training for staff development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or related field
  • Master's degree in Agri-business is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in agricultural management or related field
