Production Worker (Clip Bolter and Wrapper)

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to operate clip bolting and wrapping machines. As part of our manufacturing team, you will ensure quality control and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Run and troubleshoot clip assembly and wrapping machinery.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of work areas and equipment.
• Assist in training new employees on machinery operation and safety.
• Help in maintaining the inventory of packaging materials.
• Prepare production reports for management review.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
