Job Description

As an Electric Organ Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and testing of electronic components used in electric organs. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble high-quality electric organs according to production schedules.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues as they arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Meet strict deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Record production metrics and assist in process evaluations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering is a plus
Experience
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in electronics assembly, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
