Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Security Guards to ensure the safety and protection of our community. This position involves regular patrolling, responding to incidents, and enforcing laws to maintain public order.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and the public.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment and security systems.
• Collaborate with other security staff for effective incident handling.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with local residents.
• Clearly communicate security policies and protocols to the public.
• Participate in community outreach programs to enhance safety awareness.
• Actively engage in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
• Provide safety training and briefings to new guards.
• Assist in implementing emergency response plans.
• Maintain professional standards in all interactions.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of specialized security training

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar security role.
