Job Description

The Broomcorn Press Feeder is responsible for setting up and operating the printing press while ensuring high-quality output. This role is essential for maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Adjust press settings to ensure optimal quality and efficiency.
• Maintain stock of printing supplies and report shortages.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges and improvements.
• Train and mentor new staff members as required.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Completion of a printing apprenticeship program or equivalent experience preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in printing or a related field

Technical Skills

• Good hand-eye coordination
• Basic math skills

• Teamwork
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent
