Join our talented team as a Hand Loom Weaver! You'll operate weaving machines to produce a variety of textiles while ensuring quality control and collaborating with designers. Your role will be vital in bringing intricate designs to life, focusing on sustainability and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Create woven fabrics using hand looms and other machinery.
• Ensure that products meet the required quality and design specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to innovate new textile patterns.
• Assist in the training of new staff in weaving techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of production and machine settings.
• Participate in quality assurance checks and product evaluations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques.
• Engage in eco-friendly practices and sustainable textile production.
• Report any issues with machines to the maintenance team promptly.
• Support overall production processes and help streamline operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training in weaving or textile production preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience operating and maintaining weaving machinery in a textile manufacturing environment
