UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering user-centered designs. You will engage in user research and competitor analysis to provide insights and recommendations that inform design decisions. Work from concept through to final execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop user personas and scenarios to guide design decisions.
• Design intuitive interfaces that enhance user engagement.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and design reviews with team members.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure design implementation is accurate.
• Prepare design presentations to communicate concepts to stakeholders.
• Participate in sprint planning and agile methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma
• User Testing Tools

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Creativity

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript: A foundational knowledge of front-end technologies is a plus.
• Experience with agile methodology: Familiarity with agile workflows and sprints.
