Bleach Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a Bleach Machine Operator to join our textile manufacturing operations. You will be tasked with overseeing machine performance, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with quality control measures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine performance and report any irregularities to the Production Supervisor.
• Conduct routine quality checks on produced fabric.
• Document production outcomes and assist in inventory management.
• Participate in training sessions for new machine operators.
• Assist in safety audits and maintain compliance documentation.
• Work closely with maintenance teams to address technical issues promptly.
• Provide feedback on machine operation processes for continuous improvement.
• Keep work area organized to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• Technical degree in Manufacturing or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in textile manufacturing roles

Technical Skills

• Quality control knowledge
• Computer proficiency for machine operations

Soft Skills

• Time management skills
• Good communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards: Familiarity with OSHA standards regarding manufacturing safety.
• Quality control process experience: Knowledge and experience in implementing quality control measures.
