Join our team as a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, where you'll play a vital role in the cotton harvesting process. The ideal candidate will work closely with the harvesting team to ensure optimal operation of machinery and the integrity of the cotton fibers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that cotton fibers are clear of debris and in optimal condition.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of harvested cotton.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and safety protocols.
• Monitor harvesting performance and suggest improvements.
• Adhere to strict safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience operating heavy machinery in agriculture.

Technical Skills

• Forklift certification
• Machinery maintenance

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
